MOHAIRHAVEN LIMITED POLICIES

At MOHAIRHAVEN LIMITED, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors. To ensure that all our clients enjoy their time with us, we have established some basic guidelines.

These guidelines are not meant to be restrictive; rather, they are designed to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. Our aim is to make your time at MOHAIRHAVEN LIMITED a memorable and satisfying one.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

At MOHAIRHAVEN LIMITED, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, including those for accidental bookings. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, simply modify your booking online or through our app. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit, and we cannot guarantee an alternative appointment time.

If an emergency arises, and you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you can reschedule on the same day by calling your chosen branch for a £10 fee. Please note that rescheduling is only permitted on the day of your appointment, and if the appointment date passes, we will not be able to reschedule, and your deposit will be lost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

LATE ARRIVALS

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged £10 extra, if you are over 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and may be reopened or given away to another client. you will have to reschedule another appointment or wait for an available slot on the same day.

Service changing

If you wish to change your service it must be within the same time frame of the original service booked or you will be charged an inconvenience fee of £10

Premium slots

All appointments from 9am are an additional £20

All appointments from 7pm exceeding the closing time of 8pm are additional £20

All Sunday bookings are an additional £30

REFUND POLICY

we do not offer refunds under any circumstances exchange only, providing the product bought is unopened and not used.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you purchase an item but then decide to cancel the order, please contact us or cancel the order using online. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will immediately cancel the order and refund you. If the order has already been dispatched, then you can return the item for a refund (see Returns Policy above).
